What people are saying after going through a 30 day Journaling Challenge

  • Every day, I would wake up curious to find out the topic of the day. I gained interesting insights and new perspectives along the way. But the greatest outcome for me was realizing how I personally build the “never good enough” pattern. At the very beginning, I set an unnecessarily ambitious, strict and not fully thought-through goal: to write three pages every morning. I did write every day - most often one page, sometimes two or three. And yet, somewhere in the background, I kept criticizing myself for not following the original plan. Instead of celebrating and feeling proud for doing something meaningful for myself, I turned it into another reason to beat myself up. On the last day, it finally struck me how clearly I’ve built and maintained this pattern-and that awareness alone felt like a breakthrough.

  • Wonderful themes that gave me the opportunity to reflect. I managed to go through all of them, but I didn’t write every day because I didn’t always have the energy to sit down and analyze myself, but when I focus a little, the result/conclusion is extraordinary

  • I just completed the one-month journaling prompt challenge, and it has been such a meaningful journey of self-discovery. I was able to reflect deeply on to the prompts which have been systematically structured which evolved into answering questions in an organic way, effortlessly. I learned how my thoughts, belief systems and values have shaped me deeply and their subtle yet powerful impact on my relationship with self and others. The prompts were beautifully thought out— gentle, sometimes challenging—and each one invited me to pause, reflect, and connect with myself in ways which were serene. I learned how powerful it is to reframe struggles as opportunities, to notice the habits shaping my energy, and to appreciate the people who truly see me. What I found most useful was the variety: from free-flow writing inspired by The Artist’s Way which Ana truly is, to deep reflections on friendships and habits. Every exercise opened a new window of awareness. This challenge reminded me that journaling doesn’t need to be perfect, or a chores, it just needs to be honest. I am truly grateful for the time and effort put in by Ana to help me experience journaling in this manner. I would encourage anyone curious about journaling to experience journaling with Ana. It’s a gift you can give to yourself. Hoping to stay in this mode for yet next month. Thanks Ana for your time, energy and efforts 🙏🏻✨

  • I continue to journal. That by itself is great. I am noticing something, when I sit with a question I am getting my answers. Secondly, I am finding so much peace while I write. I have chosen morning 6am to 6.30am to write. Thoroughly loving it. Thanks so much💖💖
