Coaching is a form of development in which an experienced person, called a coach, supports a learner or client in achieving a specific personal or professional goal by providing training and guidance. Here the coach offers a space of exploration for the client by asking questions, listening active and use methods for the client to explore his/hers ideas and paths in order to achieve the goal of the session and the coaching goals established by the client.
A coach will not offer advice or answers to the client challenges.
Coaching is about present and future.
Mentoring is also a development tool where the mentor has more experience and expertise than the client and offers advice and guidance as the latter learns in order to achieve their goal.
A mentor might offer suggestions, answers and directions to the mentee.
Mentoring is about past, present and future.

I am passionate about mental health and after having 2 burnouts I now can support you with tools and we can set up actions that will take care of your wellness. Mindfulness (being in the now) and journaling (letting go) are just a few actions that we can explore together in order to change your life for the better. Feel free to reach out if you are willing to explore and gain a different, better and deeper perspective about your life in order to create it how you dream of and be happy about it. We will focus on your strengths and behaviours in order to create awareness on what serves you or not in your day to day routine.

Focus
It all starts with your goals and needs of development. My support will be focused on your learning approach. All my tools, my knowledge and mind space belongs to you during our session.
My listening is my coaching secret tool - cause it is done with mind, heart and intuition.
Reflect
I will facilitate the development process for you in a space free of judgmental and social labelling. You will be invited to explore the space, time and reflect on what serves your goals and what not.
Let go of what keeps you stuck and use what drives you to reach your goal.
Transform
While working on your goal you might reach points where beliefs might pop up and you will have the tools and the support to explore them and decide if they serve you or if they are in your way to the life you strive to have. Your action plan will invite transformation in your life. Coaching process will give you tools to drive the transformation.

A coaching approach with a mentoring map developed for your needs and based on your time line - you are the driver here!
We will work on your visual, auditive and kinaesthetic approach of a speech in order to develop skills and also competencies.
Pull type of feedback and reflection on the process, but also using public speaking as a developing part of your personal brand.
