30 Day Challenge Journaling with Prompts Program
Journaling is a tool that uses writing to allow self development, reflective practice and exploration. It can be a great way to look at your motivation, how are you moving towards your goals, what is your internal dialogue, what supports you or not on a daily basis, a witness to your journey. An invitation to know yourself better.
If you are new into this journaling joining my programme will support you with a gentle starting into this habit of awareness in a structured way. I am sharing prompts (visuals with steps to follow and questions for you to nudge you in your reflection), just write down what emerges while allowing yourself to explore what is happening with you.

”Journal With Ana” is a 30 day program of daily reflective inquiry.
The first edition of this program started on 1st of June 2025 and here are some of the sharing of the participants:
