The way I am is the way I supervise - with creativity, harvesting for potential and potentiality, containing a space of ideation, exploration and awe for the development of the coach. A mindful practice of slowing down in a way that coaches can pause, think deeply, and reconnect with themselves, their purpose and the impact of their work
My approach to supervision is grounded in curiosity, deep listening, relational presence, and reflective practice. I create a space where coaches can explore not only what is happening in their coaching conversations, but also what is happening within themselves and within the wider systems they are part of.
Together we slow down just enough to observe, reflect and examine patterns, assumptions, ethical dilemmas, boundaries, decision-making processes, and the relationship between coach, client, and context. We pay attention to what is visible and what may be emerging beneath the surface.
I invite coaches into a conversational deep space, to support their professional excellence while also nurturing and harvesting resilience, self-awareness, wellbeing and sustainability in their practice.
