Supervision 🌱

With 150+ hours of coaching supervision, working individually and with groups of coaches across 10 countries, I bring to our conversations my experience as an executive and team coach, coaching educator and supervisor working across diverse organisational and cultural systems.

I hold an EMCC accreditation in Coaching Supervision, following 18 months of training with the Coaching Supervision Academy (CSA), where my development included systemic, relational and embodied approaches to working with body, energy and space.

My supervision is ultimately in service of one thing: your professional excellence as a coach.

Ana M. Marin is an ex PwC now a coach mentor and coaching supervisor EMCC and ICF accredited

The way I am is the way I supervise — with creativity, curiosity, deep listening and relational presence. I create a conversational deep space where we can pause, explore and sometimes remain with not knowing long enough for something different to emerge.

For me, supervision is not simply about solving the case you bring into the room. It is about harvesting the learning, potential and potentiality within it so that what you discover can strengthen who you are and how you practise as a coach.

If you are looking for a supervision partnership that combines professional rigour with reflection, creativity and systemic depth, I would be glad to explore whether I am the right supervisor for the next stage of your practice.

Are you a coach looking to deepen your practice?

I work with new and developing coaches, experienced and senior practitioners, team coaches and internal coaches.

Here is how we can work together:

  • Deepening your coaching practice by exploring what is happening within you, between you and your clients, and across the wider systems you are part of.

  • Strengthening your reflective capacity by slowing down enough to notice patterns, assumptions and dynamics that can easily remain outside awareness.

  • Navigating complexity and ethical dilemmas, including boundaries, decision-making, relationships, power, responsibility and the multiple stakeholders present in coaching systems.

  • Exploring your use of self as a coach, paying attention to relational presence, intuition, body, energy and what may be emerging beneath the surface.

  • Working with complex individual and team coaching situations, particularly where systemic dynamics, multiple relationships or organisational tensions are present.

  • Sustaining yourself as a practitioner, creating space to reconnect with your purpose, resilience, wellbeing and the impact your work has on you.

”I had the opportunity to experience supervision with Ana as a coach supervisor, and I truly felt safe, supported, and deeply seen throughout our sessions.

Ana helped me gain a much deeper awareness of the dynamics that can arise between coach and client. She showed me that beyond using coaching tools, it is equally important to stay aware of what is happening within myself as a coach during the session. This insight was extremely valuable for my professional growth.

Through her supervision, I developed a stronger understanding of how to remain self-aware, take care of my own inner state, and manage my energy more effectively so I can better serve my clients.

I deeply appreciate Ana’s calm presence, her openness, and her ability to gently and clearly name what is happening in the moment. Her extensive knowledge of coaching and supervision is also very evident and enriching.

I highly recommend working with her to any coach looking to deepen their awareness and practice.”

Monika Kijewska - Career & Life Coach

I worked with Ana in a series of supervision coaching sessions, during which she supported my reflective practice and contributed significantly to the exploration and integration of a new professional identity. The supervision consistently supported my learning and capability development through reflection on my coaching practice.

Throughout our sessions, I felt listened to, understood, and well contained, while also being appropriately challenged when my focus moved away from what was most relevant to my learning and current goals. This balance of support and challenge helped me stay connected to insight and responsibility for my own learning.

At each stage, Ana checked in with me regarding which aspect of what I had brought to the session I wished to explore and what would best serve my intended outcomes, reinforcing my sense of agency and ownership within the supervisory process.

I particularly valued her ethical awareness and reflective discipline. She consistently verified whether her reflections were grounded in my experience or in her own perspective, which supported trust and deepened my self-awareness. Her attention to boundaries, perspective, and ethical clarity contributed to the quality of our work together.
This created a strong sense of psychological safety, enabling me to explore more sensitive areas related to core beliefs and professional identity. As a result of the supervision, I gained increased clarity, identified concrete actions, and initiated meaningful changes, letting go of outdated patterns that no longer represent who I am in the present moment.

Ana accompanied me through this process with steadiness, warmth, and respect, supporting both reflection and its integration into practice. This integration supported not only personal insight, but also the ongoing quality and sustainability of my professional practice.

”Supervision process with Ana helped me pause and reflect on how I feel in the challenging situation with my particular client and what was going on in me that created impact on how I came across as a coach in this particular process. Ana’s gentle style is very welcoming and encouraging at the same time her curiosity to get to the core help me find a broader meaning for my development as a coach in this of the particular case I was working on.

I felt challenged yet in a very good way when needed to confront the directive part of me that wants to move foreword and my “ maximiser” which I could embrace compassionately and integrate with love in me. This was the occasion to be supported as well with a lot of acceptance and welcoming.”
