I created this journal inspired by my journey and experience as a Wellbeing Trainer and Coach.
You will have work for 10 days, on a daily basis you have 2 questions to answer as an invitation for you to reflect on your activities, discover new perspectives and also build resilience tools that you can use when you feel that you need an energy boost.
