Take a minute to write a gratitude note for today

Gratitude Jar is a perfect exercise that you can do on your own or with your entire family in order to start and learn to appreciate little things in life.

Make it a habit to search for one small thing at the end of the day that you are grateful that has happened. Download the paper and write down small inside the jar every day for 30 days and see what needs to shift.
