My wellbeing in FOCUS

In the corporate world wellbeing is a powerful word after the pandemic. You hear about it, mentioned in all the speeches - there is a lot of information on the topic on the internet and people started a trend on their own with this, you see events and initiative that support people to create.

But that does wellbeing really means? It is the state of being comfortable, healthy, or happy.

And I think that raising awareness on how we are with us is an important step into achieving this state.

How well do we like to spend time in our own company - needs some attention. How well we treat our body, mind and soul should be talked about. So here is my conversation on this topic after a brilliant coaching session with an amazing client.

Wellbeing is not just a trend of conversation, it is a way of life! Because in order to be well you need to create healthy habits and routines that will take you in a long journey. And it should start with you, with self-care that create awareness in what you need more or less in your life in order to have that balance that keeps you healthy at body, mind and soul.

To get to that state of feeling at ease with everything that surrounds you and comes at you there is a need to create habits and practices that will contribute to your wellbeing and resilience. Here are some examples of habits that you can incorporate in your day to day. And if the answer to these sentences is ”I don’t have time for this!” let me ask you ”What do you need to make time for yourself?”
