Episode 2 - Anxiety
An easy exercise that is used to fight anxiety. But since it was introduce now it comes as a mindfulness practice that uses all senses and the things that surround us.
I learned it from an Italian movie where they were talking about depression and severe anxiety of doctors :)
I recommend the first times you do it to have a safe environment, after you practice it couple of time you can do it anywhere.
