The ”What” model of Reflection

A great way to process something that troubles you is to use the ”What” model created in 2001 by Rolfe, Freshwater and Jasper. By answering the 3rd questions you can process, understand and move on with a situation.

You can use it in your journaling, your reflective practice or just as a tool that can facilitate your awareness process.

Power of Facilitation

2 years ago together with other people from IAF Romania (International Association of Facilitators) we had a dream to offer the brilliant book ”Power of Facilitation” in Romanian as part of our support the development of the profession.
